توضّح هذه السياسة كيف تلغي خدمة طلبتها من شركة QASEM REACH, INC.، وما يترتّب على الإلغاء في كل مرحلة. تُقرأ مع سياسة الاسترداد التي تحدّد المبالغ المستردّة.
1. كيف تلغي
أرسل طلب الإلغاء كتابةً إلى info@qasemreach.com أو عبر واتساب على +970598521989، مع رقم الطلب. يسري الإلغاء من تاريخ استلامنا الطلب، ونؤكّده لك كتابةً خلال يوم عمل.
2. مشاريع المواقع والمتاجر
- قبل بدء التصميم: يُلغى المشروع دون أي التزام عليك، وتستردّ الدفعة الأولى كاملة.
- بعد تسليم المقترح الأول وقبل اعتماده: يُلغى المشروع وتستردّ 50% من الدفعة الأولى، وتستلم المقترح الذي أُنجز.
- بعد اعتماد التصميم وقبل التسليم: يُلغى المشروع دون مطالبتك بالدفعة الثانية، وتستلم ما أُنجز حتى تاريخ الإلغاء.
- بعد التسليم النهائي: لا ينطبق الإلغاء لأن الخدمة اكتملت، وتبقى مستحقاً للدعم الفني المذكور في باقتك.
3. اشتراك تصميم السوشيال ميديا
تستطيع إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت. يتوقّف التجديد فوراً، ويستمر العمل حتى نهاية الشهر المدفوع ما لم تطلب غير ذلك، ولا تُخصم منك أي مبالغ بعد الإلغاء.
4. جلسات الاستشارة
يمكنك الإلغاء أو تغيير الموعد قبل الجلسة بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل. الإلغاء في أقل من 24 ساعة أو عدم الحضور يُحتسب جلسةً منعقدة.
5. توقّف المشروع من جهة العميل
إذا لم نستلم منك المحتوى أو الملاحظات المطلوبة لمدة 30 يوماً، نوقف المشروع مؤقتاً ونبلغك بذلك. وإن استمر التوقف 60 يوماً دون تواصل، يُعدّ المشروع ملغى من طرفك وتُطبَّق عليه بنود هذه السياسة حسب مرحلته.
6. الإلغاء من جهتنا
إن تعذّر علينا إكمال العمل لأي سبب من جهتنا، نبلغك كتابةً ونردّ لك كامل المبالغ المقابلة للعمل الذي لم يُسلَّم.

This policy explains how to cancel a service ordered from QASEM REACH, INC. and what cancellation means at each stage. Read it with our Refund Policy, which sets out the amounts refunded.
1. How to cancel
Send your cancellation request in writing to info@qasemreach.com or on WhatsApp at +970598521989, with your order number. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive it, and we confirm it in writing within one business day.
2. Website and store projects
- Before design starts: the project is cancelled with no obligation and the first instalment is refunded in full.
- After the first proposal, before you approve it: the project is cancelled, 50% of the first instalment is refunded and you receive the proposal delivered so far.
- After design approval, before delivery: the project is cancelled without charging the second instalment, and you receive the work completed up to the cancellation date.
- After final delivery: cancellation no longer applies because the service is complete; you remain entitled to the technical support included in your package.
3. Social media design subscription
You may cancel at any time. Renewal stops immediately, work continues until the end of the paid month unless you ask otherwise, and no further amounts are charged after cancellation.
4. Consulting sessions
You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, or not attending, counts as a session held.
5. Projects paused by the client
If we do not receive the content or feedback we need for 30 days, we pause the project and let you know. If the pause continues for 60 days without contact, the project is treated as cancelled by you and this policy applies according to its stage.
6. Cancellation by us
If we cannot complete the work for any reason on our side, we notify you in writing and refund in full the amounts corresponding to work not delivered.
